HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method
Teaches mothers and their birth companions techniques for a safe and more
comfortable birth through guided imagery, visualization and special breathing.
Birth After Cesarean Class
This 5-Week class that will provide validation, support and education to help
women who gave birth by cesarean come to terms with their experience, find peace,
deal with fears surrounding future pregnancies and births as well as options
for your next birth.
Doula/Labor Support Services
The professional labor assistant enhances the birth experience for the mother
and her partner by providing physical and emotional support as well as
information to help couples make informed choices during birth.
Lactation Counseling
Assisting mothers and families for successful breastfeeding outcomes.
Baby Massage Class
Instruction in both newborn and infant massage. Classes offered weekly.
Meet other new parents and enhance bonding with your baby.
Doula Training

interested women in becoming doulas.
