One Day Prepared Classes

This is a condensed version of the Prepared Childbirth Class. Its focus is on: 
•Breathing and Relaxation Techniques

•Interventions/Medications

•Labor Support Techniques

•Birth films/videos

•Cesarean Birth

This class is designed for parents-to-be who are limited on time, but want a good foundation of knowledge to help them through the birth process. 
Optional at no additional cost is a tour of EMMC birthing unit and Breastfeeding class. 
(These are not part of the four-hour class and are held on different dates).
